For some years now, only the idle hasn’t heard the phrase To the Moon; a saying that was coined to indicate that prices of an asset, especially those of cryptocurrencies, are predicted to go “through the roof” or “extremely high”. But over the past few months, TO THE MOON has been floating around in conversations, articles, and online overviews in a completely different sense. We’d like to tell you more about the phenomenon that TO THE MOON has already become.

TO THE MOON first appeared in 2019, as a first ever made gamified crypto platform that is also able to educate even the most novice users in understanding cryptocurrencies and the trading thereof. But TO THE MOON is not just a game in which players have been winning money for several months, collecting the best crypto portfolios (more about this later). The game, and correspondingly named platform, has already become a real phenomenal movement among representatives of the international crypto community — people are getting tattoos with the TO THE MOON logo, representatives of prominent blockchain projects compete in tournaments, representing their teams, and the game itself allocates massive prizes to its Premium partners. TO THE MOON has reached offline success, too — its founders managed to grab the attention and love of partners and followers in big cities like Singapore, Las Vegas, Seoul, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Prague, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Ufa, Kiev, Yerevan.

So, back to the game. Who wins the race and what are the rules? To participate, users first have to choose one of the many spaceships available and fill their tank with cryptocurrencies that they believe will show the best results on exchanges during the time of the flight. The tank of your spaceship is virtual, meaning that you don’t actually have to buy any of the currency you choose to join a race. The player whose portfolio shows the highest profitability during the race wins a prize consisting of bets of all players, minus the platform commission. Easy-peasy! By the way, the Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) is applied when composing tanks, to ensure fair play and significantly reduce the possibility of players creating identical portfolios. For example, player A adds 80% of BTC and 20% of TRX to their portfolio, whereas player B adds 50% of TRX, and 50% of ETH. If, during the race, hypothetically, BTC grows by 1%, TRX falls by 1%, and ETH falls by 1%, player B loses and player A takes the bank. Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Random races from 2 to 5 participants are automatically created on the platform. The size of bets for all automatic races varies from 50 to 350 TRX. However, players can always create a race with your own parameters, for this you just need to write any of the TO THE MOON admins the name of the race, its duration, number of participants. The race will be created immediately.

TO THE MOON also offers tournament races with an unlimited number of participants. They are divided into several types, like freeroll tournaments with a prize pool, tournaments, where each player must pay for participation, tournaments where participation is paid for with TTM tokens (more about them in a separate article), and closed tournaments, participation in which is possible only by entering a special code.

TO THE MOON is, in its technical essence, a decentralized application (dApp) built on the TRON blockchain. The volume of transactions of dApps with native tokens of the nine leading blockchains reached $ 10 billion in 2019. This indicator grew by 58.5% compared to 2018, according to a study by the platform. A total of 3.26 billion transactions were made, and the number of active users increased to 3.12 million. For comparison, in 2018, researchers counted only 1.49 million. 1,445 new dApps appeared on the market, and the number of new users exceeded 2.7 million.

Of a total of 1,445 new applications launched on the six largest smart contract platforms, 411 were based on TRON. TRON is the most ambitious project in the field of dApp, in the second half of which the Genesis project worth $ 2 billion was launched. TRON Masternodes (Block Manufacturers), known as TRON Super Representatives (SR), actively promote and support the environmental construction of dApp. Today, many early Ethereum developers are switching to TRON.

As mentioned earlier, To THE MOON is built on the TRON blockchain, because it strives to build the future of a truly decentralized internet and global free content entertainment system that utilizes blockchain technology. The TRON Protocol represents the architecture of an operating system based on the blockchain which could enable developers to create smart contracts and decentralized applications, freely publish, own, and store data and other content. The ecosystem surrounding this network specializes in offering massive scalability and consistent reliability capable of processing transactions at a high rate via high-throughput computing.

How to add and withdraw money on TO THE MOON? After registration, To THE MOON automatically creates a secured e-wallet for each user. You can find the address of your in-game wallet in the “Profile” section. It is to this address that you need to transfer TRON (TRX) in order to start participating in races. You can also replenish your wallet by transferring from a credit card, simply by selecting the exchanger in the “Recharge” section. Importantly, you can always withdraw TRX from your game wallet to any external TRON wallet, just enter the address you need in the “Withdraw” section.

Currency rates are updated every few seconds. TO THE MOON uses the Binance Exchange API. Users can be sure that races are fair, as are their winners, because from the very beginning of the race, portfolios of your opponents are shown to you in the race itself. You can check the honesty of course changes yourself by checking the Binance exchange or Coinmarketcap in real-time.

Since the launch of its working Beta-version in September 2019, TO THE MOON has gained over 40,000 registered users. This, however, is not the most important indicator of success. The most impressive is the average number of unique users per day, which is about 500 — that’s the average amount of players who enters and participates in at least one race TO THE MOON.

TO THE MOON offers one of the most generous referral programs on the gaming market, which includes five income levels for referral links for friends and friends of friends who play single races, tournaments, or make other acquisitions on the platform, like premium packages, and in-game purchases. In the future, there will be more games on the platform, including mini-games that players can play during the race. For those who prefer smartphones over PCs, a mobile version of the game is already available to the public.

TO THE MOON is the first-ever educational and gamified crypto trading platform, where anyone can easily learn about cryptocurrencies by playing — compose the best-performing portfolios and win awesome prizes. TO THE MOON welcomes all to participate in large tournaments with impressive prize pools and, for the experts among us, try to trade your assets on the internal p2p marketplace and become part of a strong international community.
